Calvin is in Cavalier County, situated in northeastern North Dakota, United States. It lies near the Canadian border, approximately 22 miles southwest of Langdon and 130 miles northwest of Grand Forks. The town's location places it within a predominantly rural and agricultural region of the state.  The population was 15 at the 2020 census. Calvin was founded in 1905.
